A Law and Economics graduate specialising in procurement and project management, Vikki began her career working in the private health sector, principally procuring and managing large turnkey construction projects.
From there she moved into the public sector – where she became conversant in OJEU regulations and specialised in Intellectual Property law – and then the nuclear industry, where she was responsible for the delivery of large service and research contracts.
More recently, she has acted as Project Manager on a number of challenging projects, which has included delivery of the University Alliance programme.
Vikki is able to manage multiple stakeholders, spanning finance, facilities, technical and external customers, demonstrating strong determination, resourcefulness and resilience to successfully achieve project milestones and objectives.
Since joining Solomons Europe in 2019, Vikki has not only brought her extensive experience – which have significantly enhanced project management skills across our teams – but also a fresh local perspective to our work in Cumbria.
A strong ambassador for the business, she is also passionate about supporting new talent and continues to be closely involved with our internal conversion candidate scheme and outreach work with local schools.
