Dawn lives, breathes and totally embodies the Solomons values wholeheartedly, passing her infectious enthusiasm for these through the wider team constantly. She works selflessly to support all our people and does not expect thanks for doing it – her reward is genuinely and simply to see others thrive. It is just who she is. We are very lucky to have her in our gang! Her resilience and energy levels are unparalleled in the business and come with a kindness and compassion which make her brilliant in her role. This is a well-deserved award and one which we hope she will be extremely proud of.
