“Dawn is the person who keeps the Solomons machine rolling and the wheels turning”. High praise indeed for our affectionately known Mary Poppins, a real tower of strength who demonstrates calmness, kindness in helping colleagues tackle a huge range of queries and challenges. Efficient, effective and exceptional, so many agree Dawn’s role in the business is vital and hugely valued.

What the judges said…
It is no secret that we have nicknamed our exceptional Practice Manager “Mary Poppins” (practically perfect in every way!), but she truly is! In our very first interview with Dawn she said that she considered it her duty to make people’s life easier… and my goodness she does! Her presence in Solomons has been quite simply transformational. It’s not just that she is super-efficient and makes things run like clockwork, she is absolutely the loveliest, kindest and most supportive person you could ever hope to meet. We are so very lucky to have her at the end of the phone no matter what we need and that her practical, efficient and determined manner can turn disaster into triumph. Solomons simply wouldn’t be the same without her – and we all know it!

Another Dawn, another marvel, and for the Cumbrian team Dawn’s proactive, organised and target driven approach means she simply gets stuff done. She is a powerhouse of efficiency, coordination, scheduling and enabling, so others don’t need to sweat the small stuff. Project coordination, problem solving and proactivity are Dawn’s 3 Ps and she takes them to max warp factor, never missing a beat!
