His client feedback is always stellar and he is humble enough not to let that get to him. Rob also goes out of his way to help others, bringing them up to the high standards he sets himself. His dedication and refreshing attitude simply deserve recognition.

What the judges said…
Rob’s desire and willingness to support both Solomons’ cultural values and colleagues is natural and done without fanfare. From sharing templates, tools and tips generously, to striving to innovate and improve wherever opportunities arise, these are traits Rob has demonstrated since day one with the company. His curiosity and imagination will no doubt come to the fore in his next project role and as he continues to progress in more senior roles in the future.

It's absolutely amazing to win this award. We succeed as a team, so I’m always there to help and support others – I just never expected to receive an award for it! The fact that the nominations come from the people you work with, makes it so much nicer.
