The 2023 Solomons Secret Superhero award goes to Practice Manager, Dawn Bowker

What the nominators said…
Dawn really is the most secretive and super-est of heroes! She is an absolute main stay in Solomons. Whenever anyone has a problem or issue, she is there right away to lend her support. It is so reassuring and nice to have that anchor in the office every day. Not only does Dawn lend her advice and support, but she also genuinely cares about everybody’s welfare – she is the ‘mum’ of Solomons! For many of us, Solomons would really not be Solomons without Dawn and I hope she’s here forever!

What the judges said…
Our very own Mary Poppins (practically perfect in every way!) pipped several others to the post to take this award for the second year in a row. Based on the many nominations made, it is clear Dawn continues to be the glue that holds Team Solomons together. Continuously helping to smooth out the bumps in the road for team members, acting as a safe pair of hands and determined problem-solver, she continues to make life a little easier for everyone at the company.

It was lovely and very touching to read all of the award nominations again this year. We really do have such a united, caring and hard-working team of people at Solomons with a culture which has been lead from the top. I’m very proud to be part of the team and to receive this award for a second time.
