This publication sets out the performance of our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) during year four of its contractual life, for the period of May 2022 to May 2023.

It’s an executive summary created by the Sellafield Limited client to offer a fact-based view of all aspects of PPP delivery.

It contains an overview of performance across the major projects, supporting PPP services and enabling site wide project delivery improvements undertaken by the partners.

The report also covers the performance of the Sellafield Ltd client organisation in its role to oversee and enable PPP and also a look ahead, providing an overview of the key objectives through its 5th year of delivery and beyond.
