In 2021 we launched the ground-breaking Future Skills Academy, designed to harness the knowledge, skills, and fresh perspectives of our people to support the development of our teams based across the North.

The Academy isn’t just focused on keeping up with the pace of change, but to stay one step ahead of the game. And it certainly isn’t simply telling someone less experienced how to do things, but all about collaborating, exploring new ideas, gaining new experiences and crucially, growing and developing together.

Focused on driving our team members’ technical, digital and resilience skills, the Academy has been going great guns.

We’re now seeking a go-getting training professional to ramp up the Academy’s work as its Academy Principal.

This really is a superb opportunity for someone with the skills and vision to make their mark and have a real impact, not just at Solomons and our clients, but in the wider construction sector.
