Backing ambitious joint venture SB3JV on major high speed rail contract

SB3JV, a joint venture of geotechnics and foundation engineering firms Bachy Soletanche and Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering are supporting delivery of the HS2 scheme.

SB3JV engaged Solomons Europe to review their commercial systems and procedures in the context of Option C of NEC3® Engineering and Construction Contract they are working to.

Bachy Soletanche is headquartered in Burscough, Lancashire and has offices in Camberley, Scotland and Ireland.

Their projects include working on the Thames Tideway Tunnel, Kings Cross, Tottenham Court Road and London Bridge station upgrades, the redevelopment of Wimbledon All England Lawn Tennis Club, and closer to home, the £260m New Tyne Tunnel in Newcastle and the Mersey Gateway Bridge connecting Widnes and Runcorn.
