High quality chemicals producer Lianhetech Seal Sands is undertaking a significant expansion of its site in Middlesbrough, adding new production lines and storage facilities to meet future demand for its products.

Solomons Europe is working with the project’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor Addison Project to provide post contract procurement, contract, and commercial support for the NEC3® contracts that have been deployed.

It allows us to bring our extensive NEC® expertise to support a long-standing and highly valued client Addison Project, helping them to deliver a project that will create more than 200 jobs during the construction and operation stage.

We are delighted to be involved in a development that will help the continued growth of the Tees Valley economy – something that is very close to our hearts given our long-standing presence in the region.

Lianhetech Seal Sands is a leading manufacturer of fine chemicals for use in the pharmaceutical, crop protection and performance chemicals markets.

Previously known as Fine Organics Limited – which has had a presence in Teesside since the 1970s – Lianhetech bought the company and the Seals Sands site in 2017.
