Solomons Europe is working with international industrial services provider Bilfinger UK on a variety of projects – the most prestigious being a contract worth in the region of £350 million to design, fabricate and install piping systems at the under-construction Hinkley Point C nuclear power station in Somerset.

We are providing commercial and contractual support to Bilfinger’s commercial team at its UK headquarters in Warrington on the delivery of the contract, including specialist advice on NEC4®.

Hinkley Point C is the first nuclear power station to be built in the UK for over a quarter of a century. Bilfinger’s piping systems will be critical to the operation of EDF Energy’s power station.

Bilfinger works across the chemical and Petrochemical, energy and utilities, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and biopharma industries.

Solomons Europe has enjoyed a 20-year relationship with the company, having previously worked with O’Hare Engineering Limited, which was sold to Bilfinger in 2007.
