We’re taking our mission for greater involvement of SMEs in the delivery of major programmes and projects on the road later this summer.
Solomons Managing Director Dominic Doig and Claire Louise Chapman of The Shared Value Business will be presenting at the ACostE North West group gathering on September 13.
Entitled “Unlocking maximum socioeconomic value from strategic SME procurement”, Dom and Claire Louise will share their passion and insight for a subject extremely close to their hearts.
While Dom will share his insights from the work of the Swimming with the Big Fish SME Matchmaker Service currently supporting the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) collaboration at Sellafield, Claire Louise will bring her expertise in how socioeconomic impact can be realised in tangible and measurable ways through agile and disruptive approaches to traditional procurement models.
Together, the pair hope to inspire delegates to think differently and create more ambitious and inclusive procurement strategies that unlock greater value from projects and programmes.
The presentation is open to non ACostE members. CPD certificates are also issued.
To sign up to the event, which takes place at The Engine Rooms, Birchwood Park, Risley from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, head to ACostE’s Eventbrite page.
You can download the pre-presentation flyer below.
